National Weather Service issues Flood Watch in Massachusetts

The combination of snowmelt and up to an inch of rain could lead to some minor flooding of rivers and streams in Massachusetts Tuesday night. Much of interior southeast and central MA picked up more than a foot of snow Thursday into Friday. A cold front moving through on Tuesday afternoon and evening has the potential to bring an inch of rain and temperatures in the low 50s. There is not a threat of serious river flooding from this weather system. See the full text below from the National Weather Service.
